Here we have two kitchens in one: two separate kitchens for different purposes. This is a common request we often get from larger families (especially Asian ones) if they have enough space in the house to do so!
Firstly there is the 'show' kitchen in Vada Anthracite matt lacquer, with matching anthracite lacquered handle rails. This kitchen has a Miele KMDA7774 PowerFlex induction hob combined with downdraft extractor in the island, along with a Quooker Fusion boiling water tap within arms reach over the prep sink. There is a full selection of Miele ArtLine cooking appliances all finished in Graphite Grey, which you will see are almost a perfect match for the grey units.
The island worktop is in 12mm Dekton Kelya, which the customer specified in order to create a fully heatproof surface for taking things out of the oven or straight off the hob. A popup socket has been specifed near to the seating area, which then provides power for worktop-standing appliances, as well as being a means for them to charge their phone and laptop.
Secondly there is the 'working' (sometimes known as 'dirty') kitchen, where the customer has opted for a Miele four burner gas hob, with it's own Miele wall-mounted extractor above it. These units are then finished in Tema Concrete effect laminate, for a more durable finish.
Here the customer has gone for a Kashmir granite which has hints of red in it, which have then been accentuated with the red glass splashbacks. This second kitchen then has it's own main sink, the dishwasher, plus an American fridge freezer which has been slotted into a wall recess with glass roller shutter units either side of it.
In addition there is the dining room, where we have supplied mirror backing and glass shelves in the alcoves to make features in the corners of the room.
The last room was the utility (not photographed) which was also finished in the same Concrete units and granite worktop as the 'working' kitchen to give a matching effect... so technically four rooms in one!
