In 2004 we won the contract to supply and fit 113 kitchens to Nixon Homes, for their Trinity One development in East Street, central Leeds.
The biggest kitchen was for the penthouse apartment, which was spread across the twelfth and thirteenth floors. Ever since the development was completed in 2005, the penthouse has been owned and lived in by one private owner, but has now gone onto the market for the very first time.
The apratment has commanding 360 degree views over Leeds city centre, including Leeds Dock and the River Aire.
